Vintage Real Estate is primarily focused on the acquisition of underperforming regional malls, power centers, and grocery anchored
neighborhood centers. We seek “value-add” properties that are not achieving their full potential and under-serve the local
customer base due to a lack of modernization and proper tenant mix. Our business model aims to remedy these inefficiencies through strategic
capital deployment and aggressive re-tenanting. We will consider nationwide investment opportunities ranging from as little as $10 million to
upwards of $500 million.
Although our core focus is existing retail properties, we will consider purchasing other asset classes that offer a “value-add” component.
Vintage also has extensive experience purchasing performing and non-performing notes secured by real estate.
